What an experience! We visited La Anchor for dinner and were completely blown away by the portion sizes and the quality of the food. The starter (meatballs baked with cheese in marinara sauce) and pasta could easily pass as a main – absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Then came the steak… and wow! It was huge, tender, and perfectly cooked. Definitely more of a food challenge than a regular portion – but in the best possible way! We also had steamed veggies and chips on the side – all fresh and well-prepared. The red wine sauce was rich and full of depth, the perfect match for the steak. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat any more… we said yes to tiramisu! Light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to an epic meal. Great atmosphere, friendly service , and food that will leave you full and impressed. Highly recommend – just bring your appetite!

Absolutely the best food ever ! The portion sizes are huge - the steaks are even bigger (T-Bone steak weighing 1.75kg ) ! The chips are the best chips in the world -and the desserts are to die for - the service is impeccable and Nick (owner ) and his incredible chef are so so welcoming - honestly must try this restaurant if you are wanting good quality and ridiculously tasty food - after visiting a number of times with the family we will be back for more for sure - 10/10 xxx
